  I could not believe this happened to me this morning at morning tea about 11am . I was shopping with my mum when i suggested we have morning tea. I sat down after ordering and was told my coffee would be delivered to my table. I waited for about 10 minutes no coffee so I was watching at the servers from my table. I saw a woman go to the counter with a coffee and the young girl behind the counter smiled and took the first coffee and gave her another. With that she placed the coffee on the counter and retrieved the pink note and put it on top. This was the order info for table 44. The coffee sat there I am still waiting so by now my Mum was ready to finish shopping. So I approached the counter the girl smile and said here's your coffee I replied I will not take that coffee as I had seen the other lady bring it back. I asked for my money back.
  They all denied what I had witnessed and offered to make another coffee. I refused and let I will not be treated as an idiot I saw what I saw and very much doubt that I will ever go back there. My problem is the other person had my drink and the staff did not want to belive me. What happened to the customer service?
  I will be placing a post on multimedia about this experience plus word of Mouth with my friends and colleagues.

  Absolutely terrible service. Expect more from somewhere where there are competitors within a 50m walk. Watched staff who seemed more interested in talking to the staff of the shaver store opposite than in actually serving customers. Coffee was lukewarm when delivered to the table, weak and bitter, and I saw one of the staff from the shaver store sneeze on the slice I ordered as it was brought out. I refused to even touch it and walked back up to the counter and asked for a refund, the staff refused saying what I saw had not happened but I know what I saw. Walked away leaving both coffee and slice on counter. Will be getting in touch with their head office. Avoid at all costs.
